The development of international youth tourism in our country today, continues to significantly lag behind the international best practices. certainly, targeted development of international youth tourism in Russia is carrying out a complex of organizational measures, aimed at finding ways to modernize the underdeveloped sectors of the national youth tourism. At the same time, further development of the youth segment (national youth tourism cluster) in the tourist industry as a whole raises the need to create a favorable political and legal, organizational and management, economic environment, social and humanitarian component. In this plan, very real need to implement large-scale projects, both at the federal, and regional level as relevant as ever.
One of the important tasks we presented the program "Development of international youth tourism and cooperation" is not only to attract widespread attention to the solution of urgent problems of youth tourism and conceptual basics of creating organizational and economic conditions, which is still not given due consideration, but the consistent implementation of organizational actions, aimed at the development of the institute of youth tourism.
